1. Year, major(s)/minor(s), plans after you graduate:

I’m a sophomore with a major in English and a minor in Creative Writing. Upon graduating I would like to work in the publishing industry and write for fun in my spare time.

2. What’s the last book you read for fun?

The last book I read was A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Bettie Smith.

3. Coffee or tea?

I don’t like coffee or tea. I prefer hot chocolate.

4. If you could be any literary character for a day, who would you be and why?

If I could be any literary character, I would be Celaena Sardothien from the Throne of Glass series. She’s a free-willed, independent and complex character with an interesting past and career. I can relate to her to a point, and I like that she’s not afraid to speak her mind.

5. Quote to live by:

“If what you see by the eye doesn’t please you, then close your eyes and see from the heart. Because the heart can see beauty and love more than the eyes can ever wonder.” – Richelle Mead

  1. In these days of austerity and also relative stress and anxiety about taking on debt, many people balk about the idea of making use of a credit card to make purchase of merchandise and also pay for a vacation, preferring, instead just to rely on a tried along with trusted way of making repayment – raw cash. However, if you possess the cash available to make the purchase 100 %, then, paradoxically, that’s the best time for them to use the cards for several good reasons.
